Another big low fence South Texas buck shows him self early in the season. This buck has a beautiful 11 point main frame with about 20″ of storable brow tines, a really nice “tweener” and a kicker on his left G2. One of our lease members has decided to pass the buck this season after watching him 3 hunts in a row at 10-20 yards with his bow hoping to find a bigger one. We have watched this buck for 3 seasons now. With extreme drought conditions threw out the year, once again we feel the feed “deer protein” we are using has to have something to do with the great horns we are already seeing this year on the Holden Pasture! I will be back at the ranch in the morning pretty much for the remainder of the season. I’ll post up more pictures as we get them!
